Newquay is full of some of the best beaches in the world (Lusty Glaze recently won the best beach in Britain award) and many a pleasant hour can be spent walking on the pristine sand or walking along the cliff paths.
The Headland Hotel was an amazing spot for lunch with a stunning view out to Fistral beach (the surfers were amazing as always!). The gin bar looked superb and will be worth a return trip one evening. The food and service were also impeccable.
